These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ac77 and its users ("you" or "Member"). ac77 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh, providing services under the ac77.lat domain.

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The ac77.lat website and all its services and features.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on the Platform and is using the service.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the ac77 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method. Members may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the ac77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ac77 is not responsible for any conversion fees or charges applied by third parties.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the total bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

• ac77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms may result in account termination.

5.3 VIP Programme

Regularly active Members can participate in the ac77 VIP Programme. The VIP Programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier.

8.1 Suspension or Termination by ac77

ac77 may suspend or terminate an account for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false information or failure to pass identity verification.
• Proven bonus abuse.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to verification requirements being met.
